Passport & Visa Requirements
Delegates from countries within the European Union (Schengen Area) will only need a valid ID or passport to travel to Spain. It is the sole responsibility of all other delegates to contact the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate for visa details. Please be sure to allow sufficient time for the application procedure! A visa application might take several months.

Hotel Beatriz is fully accessible to conference participants with disabilities. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the conference organizer info@cpv-8.org.
Poster Information
Poster layout:
- Your poster should be upright/portrait style with a maximum size of: DIN A0 format: width: max. 33 inches (84 cm), height: max. 47 inches (119 cm)
- Please make sure that letters are sufficiently large to be read from a distance of 1-3 m.
Poster mounting:
- You are responsible for printing your poster in advance and for putting it up at the conference site. It is not possible to print posters at the conference site.
- Please mount your poster on Monday, April 16th 2012 before the first poster session at 2:15 p.m. Posters can also be mounted during the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening.
- Mounting material will be provided.
- Please do not remove your poster before the end of the conference. The posters are an important part of the scientific program and should be displayed the whole time.
- Please remove your poster on Wednesday, April 18th, 2012 directly after the closing session at the latest. Posters remaining after 7:30 pm will be discarded.
- How to find the place where your poster should be mounted:
In the poster area you will find a map for orientation. In addition, a sign on each poster wall will indicate the author’s name, poster title, and number/session code: For your poster’s session code please refer to the conference program.
If you have difficulties finding “your” poster board at the conference site, please contact one of our staff members and we will be happy to assist you.

Registration
Online registration for the conference as well as for the social events is available on the website. Please note that payment is only possible by credit card. You may also register at the door during the conference.
